Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end offshore project delivery across full-stack technologies.
- Collaborate closely with onsite customer teams to gather and translate requirements.
- Oversee project timelines, risks, budgets, and resource planning.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Full Stack Developers.
- Proactively manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Track the work progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Continuously drive process improvement and promote agile best practices.

Years Of Experience: 20+ years
Technical Skills:
- 20 years in software development and delivery/project management.
- Strong experience in project management (Agile, Scrum)
- Strong understanding of Full Stack technologies (Java, Microservices, Kafka, Python, JavaScript, AWS Cloud, APIs, Testing).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-facing skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Strong risk management and team management capabilities.
