Key Responsibilities:
1. Owned Events Management:
- Plan and execute (host, co-host, or organize) a variety of owned events, including webinars, podcasts, roundtables, meetups, fireside chats, tech talks, hackathons, and user conferences.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external stakeholders (experts, influencers, customers, partners) for participation and content curation.
- Determine the appropriate format and mode (virtual, physical, hybrid, live, recorded) for each event to achieve specific objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end event logistics, from conceptualization to post-event follow-up.
2. Industry Events Participation:
- Identify relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and other 3rd-party events for QualiZeal’s participation.
- Manage event sponsorships, including booth setups, speaking opportunities, co-presentations with customers/partners, product/service launches, and private gatherings.
3. Strategy and Planning:
- Develop a comprehensive events strategy aligned with our business goals and marketing objectives.
- Create event calendars, budgets, and project plans for timely execution.
- Track and report on ROI for each event to assess its impact on the company’s growth.
4. Event Promotion:
- Create compelling event marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to leverage digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and other channels to promote events effectively.
5. Post-Event Analysis:
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure the success of each event, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and demand generation teams for post-event marketing.
Qualifications and Experience:
Years Of Experience: 5 to 10 years
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate, Postgraduate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. (MBA or Master’s degree preferred.)
- Proven experience (5+ years) in event management, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing a variety of events, from webinars and podcasts to large-scale conferences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, external partners, and event participants.
- Familiarity with event management software and tools.
