Skills Required:
- 4+ years of experience in experience in data testing, quality assurance, or data management
- Familiarity with data testing and quality assurance tools, such as data profiling tools, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) testing, and database testing tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis to query, manipulate, and validate data.
- Basic knowledge of test automation tools and scripting languages for automating data testing.
- Understanding of data governance principles and practices Develop data testing strategies, plans, and methodologies to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.
- Execute data validation tests, including data profiling, data reconciliation, and data integrity checks, to identify anomalies and data quality issues.
- Implement and maintain data testing automation frameworks and scripts to streamline and automate repetitive testing processes.
- Create test cases and test scripts to validate data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across various data sources, databases, and data pipelines.
- Continuously monitor and analyze data quality metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement
- Detect, document, and report data quality issues, inconsistencies, and anomalies to the relevant teams for resolution.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data analysts, and other teams to understand data structures, sources, and transformations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data testing processes, test cases, and test results.
- Generate and provide reports on data quality metrics and findings to management and stakeholders.
- Adhere to data governance policies and practices, contributing to the development and enforcement of data management standards.
- Continuously improve data testing processes, tools, and methodologies to adapt to evolving data requirements and technologies.
- Good to have Healthcare domain experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, management, and stakeholders.
