He has held multiple leadership roles at Cognizant since 2001, which includes the leader of the Retail Consumer Goods Quality Engineering and Assurance practice for North America.

Kalyan is a seasoned IT industry veteran with over 25 years of experience empowering global enterprises across diverse industries to achieve successful business transformations amid disruptive market shifts, with a key focus on Quality Engineering. Prior to QualiZeal, Kalyan held distinguished global leadership roles at Cigniti, AppLabs, Virtusa, and BaaN. Throughout his career, he has championed client centricity, fostered a growth mindset, and delivered execution rigor with speed.

Experienced and Recognized Testing Practice Leader As a recognized expert in software testing, I have a broad background in testing and system development stretching back 25 years. As a delivery and operations leader, I helped software testing practices within pure-play independent testing services firms as well as testing business units within large IT services firms to build world-class capabilities encompassing people, process and technology.

Ram has over 19 years of experience in developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance testing processes, procedures, systems for the key clients in Healthcare, Telecom, Banking and financial and online technology domains. Proven leader into effectively leading teams to successful execution and delivering the value to the customers.

Ram will play the client success leader role with QualiZeal, focus on the customer business relationship and delivery excellence, will work closely with the senior executives from both internal and external customer stakeholders for the seamless business continuity and delivery excellences.

Satish Sureddi (Satish) is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of QualiZeal Inc., a leading provider of AI-powered Quality Engineering services for Fortune 1000 enterprises. A seasoned IT industry veteran, Satish brings over 23 years of expertise in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy. He has successfully guided multinational IT, ITES, and technology companies in achieving their strategic financial goals, driving finance operations, controllership, and business transformation initiatives.

As CFO of QualiZeal Inc., Satish is responsible for overseeing all financial functions, including accounting, auditing, treasury, and corporate finance. Additionally, he plays a key role in spearheading business transformation initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and scalability.

Prior to joining QualiZeal, Satish spent eight years at Qualcomm Inc. as Senior Director of Finance, where he played a leadership role in establishing and scaling the Finance Global Capability Center in Hyderabad. Under his guidance, the center grew into a 300-member team covering controllership, audit, tax, and sales operations. He was instrumental in designing and implementing strategic financial initiatives that contributed to Qualcomm’s long-term growth and operational excellence.

Before Qualcomm, Satish had a distinguished 12-year tenure at Virtusa Inc., where he served as Vice President of Finance and Global Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). As part of the executive leadership team, he played a pivotal role in Virtusa’s acquisition of Polaris and led corporate finance activities supporting the company’s expansion. His ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and financial analysts helped drive company performance, operational efficiencies, and long-term profitability.

Earlier in his career, Satish held finance leadership roles at Wipro and GE. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), and Cost Accountant (CMA) from India.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Satish is passionate about effective communication and believes that strong, 360-degree communication fosters both personal and organizational growth. He actively mentors and coaches key managerial personnel on financial strategy, leadership, and communication.
