  • No production replica to ensure that no changes in the code or the server’s specs happen during performance testing. It led to unnecessary and expensive repeat tests at different user loads.
  • Testing in UAT environment caused the threat of undocumented changes.
  • Unnecessarily high number of tests per cycle as UAT environment was not a test replica in terms of scaling factor.
  • Access getting blocked due to RTE’s two-factor authentication.
